Program and message scope
The MKTrio Appointment Messaging program sends transactional texts about appointments a customer books with a participating business. Messages may include a confirmation, reminder, schedule change, or cancellation. Verification codes are sent only when a user requests one by selecting Send Code.
The program does not include marketing, review requests, or rebooking promotions.
Consent and frequency
You may opt in through the unchecked SMS consent box on the booking form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to resume if supported by your carrier. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@mktrio.ca.
Delivery and privacy
